A morning routine that fits real life
A slower start does not have to take all morning. Make a little room for the essentials.

Start with what you have
A useful morning ritual begins before the bottles come out. A glass of water, an open window or a few quiet minutes can make the start of the day feel less hurried. You do not need to do everything at once.
Keep the products you reach for most where you can see them. A short, familiar sequence is easier to return to than an elaborate plan.
Keep the steps simple
Wash your face in the way that feels comfortable for you, then follow with your preferred moisturizer. If you are heading outside, finish with sunscreen according to its label. Let each step earn its place on your shelf.
Some mornings are faster than others. A routine that still works when you are short on time is one worth keeping.
Make it your own
There is no single correct order to a good morning beyond the directions on the products you use. Notice what feels good, read the labels, and adjust as your schedule changes.
