Questions
Will the curler catch my hair?
Feed it small sections, about one inch wide, and keep the slot facing away from your scalp. Thick sections are what catch, so split them in two.
Is the brush for men or women?
Both. It straightens and tames a beard in a few strokes and smooths hair the same way. Start on 320°F for fine hair or a short beard.
How fast does it arrive?
Both tools ship from a warehouse in the US. Orders arrive in 3 to 5 business days, and US shipping is free.
Which heat should I pick?
On the brush, 320°F for fine hair, 356°F for normal hair and 392°F for coarse hair. On the curler, the picker above shows the time and heat for each curl.
What comes in the box?
The curler comes with a USB cable and a travel pouch. The brush comes with a USB charging cable.
Can I return it?
Yes. Our returns page explains the window and the steps before you buy. Read the returns page.
